The Crown PT Baker Position:
Overview
The Crown is looking for a dependable, self-motivated baker to prepare our signature baked goods from scratch. This is an independent, part-time position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality and efficiency. Experience is not mandatory—we are happy to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the following baked goods from scratch: Cinnamon rolls, Almond cake, Banana bread, & Muffins.
Maintain consistent product quality, flavor, and presentation.
Ensure daily baked goods are fully stocked before business hours and avoid product shortages.
Work with management on ordering and inventory needs.
Keep prep and baking areas clean and organized.
Schedule & Work Environment
Preferred baking hours: before 8:00 am or after 6:00 pm (some flexibility possible).
Approximately 10 hours per week; workload may vary based on sales volume and season.
Must be able to work independently and efficiently during off-hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Paid a flat 20% of gross baked goods made, averaging $350–$500 biweekly depending on volume.

Qualifications
Baking experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Ability to maintain consistency in recipes and presentation.
Reliable and able to work independently.
